The staff team was excellent, the rooms were huge and equipped with the booked 3 beds as well as 1 bed. The hotel had a favourable location so close to a modern mall.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the rooms and service provided. The attention to detail was also impressive, with the staff being polite and attentive throughout my stay. The location in a great area was a big plus as well, with plenty of options for dining and entertainment within walking distance. The room itself was spacious and had a dedicated workspace area, which was perfect for someone like me who needed to get some work done. The wide bathroom was also a nice touch, and the amenities provided were more than satisfactory. The addition of a sofa in the room added an extra level of comfort. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and served quickly.
Nothing to complain about.

The proximity to the Zona Rosa's shopping malls and night life is the best part. It's a fairly new and modern hotel. Nice bathrooms and large space over all. Really quiet at night.
The staff was not friendly at all, they wouldn't welcome you or even say hello in most of the cases when you walked in the hotel. When talking to them we felt ignored with some of the staff members like they could care less and I speak both fluently English and Spanish so it's not a language thing. The hotel location was in a really sketchy and dark street area. It's only 3-4 blocks away to the Zona Rosa, but to get there you have to walk through a really dark and scary alley-pathway, it felt really dangerous at night and every time we walked through there it was really stressful. The breakfast and the service wasn't that great, one day they ran out of everything and all I got were leftovers and we were there 1 hour before breakfast was supposed to be over. The room layout wasn't good at all, you have a lot of space overall, but in the bedroom; the bed, a really large table to put the tv on top and the closet, were all cramped in a corner because of a huge column in the Bedroom, it was almost impossible to get from side to side, we had to squeeze our legs between the column and the bed to get to the closet or the window and out. I was supposed to stay for 12 days, but decided to stay for only 6 days.

The location was handy, close to Unilago. Loved how the reasonably large and huge room with the necessary amenities was arranged when we arrived.

I had a really good and pleasant stay at this hotel. The first thing that stood out to me was the excellent value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location in a great area. Speaking of location, this hotel is situated in a vibrant and convenient part of town with everything you need right nearby. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, with a space where I could work and a wide bathroom with all the necessary amenities. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated having a sofa in the room, which added a nice touch. Finally, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of options to choose from.
Everything was alright.

Great Location close to Zona Rosa. The whole team is very lovely.
The shower heating has a problem once the shower get hot-cold-hot-cold. I would prefer a buffet breakfast but the way they do is ok.

Nice hotel near by the shopping area, 10 min walking distance. We stay just one night, sleep well, very basic breakfast in the morning, not bad overall.
Low ceiling, no air condition (we stay at 16th march, +18 at those moment during the day, +12 at night), no kitchen.

Housekeeping was excellent! The room and bathroom were descent sizes and were kept extremely clean by housekeeping who were fantastic, especially Eduviola. But you do need to know Spanish. The Hotel itself was not located in a great area but was walking distance to a very good area. The restaurant waiters and the kitchen staff were very friendly and eager to please. Overall the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was clean and well kept.
For the price we paid it lacked quite a bit: the facilities were clean but no gym or anything else for that matter; the front desk staff lacked professionalism and were not trained well. There were too many mistakes and problems: the power would short out if you use the hair dryer too long; messages left for us by friends and family never got to us; the front desk workers, with a few exceptions, lacked professionalism and training. Also the for the price they charged the location of the hotel's street felt and looked a bit scary at night, desolate and not well lit; during the day, however, it was fine. Breakfast was good but limited. We chose this hotel because we wanted to be in a good and safe area and thought it would have much better service for the price we paid, it was not the case. Ceilings were very low, lighting was horrible, and the room was drafty with not heater. We fortunately asked for one and it did help kept the room cozy. We would give this hotel a C minus but would not recommend it for this price. The hotel pictures created an expectation which was never realized. Unfortunately, this is the most negative review we've given to a hotel. It's really worth only half the rate they are charging.

The hotel is conveniently located near Andino mall, which offers plenty of shopping and dining options. The rooms are spacious and equipped with mini fridges and comfortable seating areas, as well as clean and modern bathrooms. The staff is helpful and provides room service, and the breakfast is decent.
The wifi connection can be unreliable at times, which may be a drawback for those who need to stay connected.

the Location to Bogotas Shopping area was good
far too expensive for a 3star hotel in bogota! Rooms were not very clean and warm water was not really working (but you need it in Bogota); no heating; only spanish speaking staff; no maps available and weak knowledge about city
